I loved this book. It is a first-person account of the author's experience traveling into a remote section of the Amazon rainforest to track indigenous tribes living there. Contrary to what you might expect, the goal of the mission wasn't to actually contact the tribes; rather, the expedition sought to identify where the tribes lived so that the Brazilian government could later track the the tribe's movements and population by air.The book is great on several levels: First and foremost, it is a jungle adventure book. Accessing these tribes is a harrowing process by foot, since they are so deep into the rainforest. Along with the author (who was there as a reporter for National Geographic), there was a photographer, Brazilian citizens working for Brazil's department of Isolated Indians, and members of several "contacted" indigenous tribesmen. The expedition itself was led by a bizarre man named Sydney Possuelo, who has made it his life's mission to protect indigenous tribes from deforestation and crippling exposure to new diseases. Possuelo is a weird man; I spent the entire book trying to figure him out. I alternated between being appalled by him and fascinated by him.Interspersed throughout the jungle tale is a history of the white man's contact with indigenous Amazonian tribes, a history of the department of Isolated Indians, and a history of the evolving theories on how to approach indigenous tribes. Where previously the government sought to "tame" wild Indians, the policy is now to avoid contact, since contact with the white man inevitably brings about loss of native culture and crippling epidemics of disease. (FYI, phrases like "wild Indians" sound extremely derogatory when I write them here, but the author is actually quite sensitive in his use of language throughout the book - whenever he uses words like "wild," "tamed," or "civilized," he is quick to provide historical context to explain his choice in language). The author's discussion of the issue of contact versus no-contact is even-handed and at times philosophical. He raises some interesting questions that genuinely made me think about both sides of the issue. The plight of the so-called "contacted" tribes is eye-opening, with applications to our own tenuous relationship with Native Americans in the US.I highly recommend this book. It is an adventure book, complete with monkeys and sloths and fire ants, but also a very eye-opening look at our culture of consumption and the havoc we have wreaked on all the inhabitants of the rainforest - plants, animals, humans.

What a spectacular adventure! And so well-told. Scott Wallace's book was so compelling, I lost sleep over it. I thought about it during the day. On my second day of reading it, I caught myself thinking with excitement, "Tonight, back to the Amazon!" I learned so much, saw the interesting landscape and culture through his eyes, and now feel like Sydney Possuelo and I are old friends. I dug up a lecture on YouTube that Scott did as the book was coming out and found that interesting in a different way. This is truly a must-read for all of us armchair adventurers who would not be able to endure snakes that jump out of trees, biting ants or not being able to take a hot shower for all that time. Eeew. (Not to mention the diet sounds absolutely disgusting!) Bravo to Scott and his late photographer for being so incredibly brave.

There's a lot to think about in this book, which, in itself is quite an achievement. The subject of the book, Sydney Possuelo, is a megalomaniacal tyrant with a noble mission--kind of a reverse White Man's Burden. Possuelo's mission is to successfully cordon off civilization, preventing modern society from reaching "uncontacted" tribes living in the Amazon forest. Think about that for a minute or two: his mission is to prevent modernity from reaching people who are living behind a veil of ignorance, in what can only be described as a primitive state. Meanwhile, the rest of us spend our days trying to do the opposite: lift our veil of ignorance. All of science is aimed at this latter goal. The argument for protecting them is that contact with modernity (characterized by greed where the white man is the devil) introduces disease, makes the indios bravos dependent on modern contrivances, causes them to turn their backs on ancestral ways and leaves them in a state of poverty. Possuelo (and the author) posit that these people are not "primitive," that their ways are necessary and sufficient to their happy survival, so why disturb them? Plus, there is the added environmental benefit of leaving large tracts of Amazon forest intact as their habitat requires it to be left alone. But I wonder if this isn't just condescension in the same way that missionaries hell-bent on "civilizing" such people are so obviously guilty.Set aside the disease problem (it is a problem, but it's incidental, solvable with enough effort) and look at the often tragic history of these contacted tribes: they become dependent on modern contrivances, they leave their traditional ways and they are ill-adapted to succeeding in the modern world, leaving them poverty-stricken. This tells us that: they like modernity and it's conveniences, they are perhaps not so interested in the old (arduous) ways, and that they have not been educated thoroughly enough to confront the challenges of modern life. Which way do you want to go with that? Should more effort be put into solving those problems or should more effort be put into preventing these problems from arising? Who should decide? Sydney Possuelo? Brazil's government? Brazil's government can't even take care of its own people. The intuitive answer is that the uncontacted people should decide, but how can an uncontacted group decide between two ways of living when the very act of learning enough to make a decision is, ipso facto, to obviate the decision in favor of selecting contact? I don't have the answers. I surely wish these people well.

Some people make tremendous sacrifices for others, such as myself, to read of the primitive conditions and arduous conditions to hike into the heart of the Amazon to find undiscovered tribes. The author did an excellent job describing the expedition's journey. Through his words we could visualize the fauna of the jungle, the lack of food and what they had to do to supplement their supplies. He portrays the dangers of the jungle and the helplessness of being isolated from the comforts we take for granted but most of all, the reader is able to get the reader to appreciate those who live away from a modernized society. Overall it was a good read although at times he went into a bit much detail on depicting his surroundings.

It’s not easy being a mom of one and now with two kids, it’s my job to balance the love between the 8 year old and the now almost 10 month old. I’m always telling my eldest daughter to make sure her room is together, making sure her teeth are brushed, etc. I can be so nagging, but the kid is doing great in school, she listens to me and her dad and is a great big sister to her little sister. So to make sure she knows how much I love her and appreciate her, I bought her this sketch book. She absolutely loved it and raved over the colors and details of the front cover. She almost immediately started thinking of things to draw. It’s the little things we do for our kids that we hope they remember. Sometimes it’s not about how she sees other kids going to all these fun and expensive places we can’t go to. It should be about times I help her clean her room. Or when I surprise her with a sleepover or a play date. I hope she remembers these little things and knows how much her dad and I love her and the family too.

The book itself is very nice, but note that the pages inside are completely blank. If you want to gift it as a journal, it won’t work. This book is good for drawing, perfect for a 6 year old! I wanted to also mention that the cover of the book is not glittery. I thought it would be more detailed and glittery for the money. I also think it’s a little on the expensive side. Overall, the recipient was happy, so I am happy!

This is adorable, good quality. The softcover is perfect, it protects the pages inside. Price for something this cute is perfect. My daughter loves drawing and is constantly asking for pads of paper and we go through them quickly. I got her this to do her final drawings in, she's 9 and now every time she goes to draw she will be reminded she's the beat daughter ever! I love it, it's so cute and just a little positivity can go a long way for a young girl!

The description was spot on!! Bought this for my daughter for Valentines Day!

I would give this 5 stars and we loved it until this morning when I was tearing out pieces of paper for my daughter and realized in the middle of her blank Sketchbook has 26 pages of keto diet cookbook for beginners in the middle of her SketchBook. I ordered the best son ever and his is blank all the way through. Not very happy

I had my son-in-law print "grand" in front of daughter, then it was Perfect !!!! She's a little budding artist & she loved it.

Not too impressed with the quality of the cover. It's a little blurry. The pages inside are blank and are just ok. I think I overpaid for what I got. Was thinking about returning instead of giving to my daughter.

I bought the sketchbook for my daughter's Easter Basket. This was a perfect addition/filler for a rather large basket. Our daughter has been busy filling it with her art work. The paper is good quality, and it looks exactly as pictured. Very nice!

Review

Young people want to connect with the Bible and ask tough questions, in a way that will not lead to formulas but renewed minds and transformed lives. Can I Ask That is designed to help them do just that.  - John Ortberg, pastor and author, Faith & DoubtIf one of your primary concerns as a youth leader is to equip the young people from your community to continue their faith pursuit long after they graduate, I heartily endorse Can I Ask That? Your leaders will appreciate this study as much as your students, if not more. It's a breath of fresh air. - Dan Gannon, City Church of San FranciscoCan I Ask That? provides a platform for conversation around subjects that students experience but often do not feel comfortable talking about. This curriculum presented a conversational tool to our students, not just cut-and-dried answers. - Chris Hill, First Presbyterian Church of Boulder"As my friends wrote this book, they intentionally did and didn't do a few important things. First, they didn't shy away from the real questions. Second, they didn't over-simplify the answers into neat little packages. They allow us to live in tension of a real faith. Third, they support us as parents, youth workers, and shepherds of our youth's souls. Lastly, they offer hope for a lifetime of following Jesus Christ. I'm so thankful for resources like this rooted in research ... and love." - April L. Diaz, NewSong Church

I bought this to use as a basis for a series I was teaching in my youth group. I was planning on teaching in depth on each topic in the book and then have my small group leaders use the book for their discussions to supplement and reinforce. Unfortunately, the book really doesn't deliver on the idea of helping teens work through difficult issues. Each section actually ends with a list of different views on each topic, but it doesn't really give any commentary on the positives or negatives of these views let alone any conclusions as to what is the right or even best view. The author presents this as a way to encourage your students to really think about what they believe so that they don't just parrot what their teachers say. Now, I do think that it's important to explore other views, you can't be solid in your own unless you do, but since there is no attempt to help anyone come to any sort of a conclusion in the book it just feels like a cop out.

As the proud owner of 12 copies of Can I Ask That? (volume 1), I cannot recommend this book enough. I took my youth group through volume 1 at summer camp last year and continued it through the fall as well. I knew our time with the book had gone well and that the kids had liked it but I didn't know HOW much until we finished it and went through a second book by someone else. My kids (mostly high schoolers) were really bored with his book and greatly preferred CIAT and went as far as to tell me so explicitly. CIAT is so obviously formatted for small groups and with jr. high/high school students in mind. There's no cheesy jokes, it takes its readers seriously, it presents meaningful content in a discernable way, has conversation at the forefront of how its presented, and has the right depth of content...not too much, not too little.I'm doing ministry bi-vocationally and switched from researching and creating content each week to following books like CIAT last year when my wife and I had our first child and my other co-leaders all stopped due to their own kids. Now that we are having our second kid on the way, I'm all the more excited for CIAT volume 2. It really gives me so much more room in my schedule to be an employee, dad, and youth pastor and to focus my energy on building relationships each week with my kids, knowing I have solid content already set to go. Carving out time to research, prepare, and teach took a much larger toll on me after we had kids and my job (again!) ramped up its work load so your book has really been a major blessing to me and my youth group.

I think the ideas in this book are excellent and I loved the concept. But it's not working for my high school group at all. It's very difficult to follow as a group leader and doesn't really offer much insight to the deep questions that are asked. I had to do most of my own research and come up with my own discussion questions because the little scenarios presented with fake names (fake drama situations between fake characters) was really kiddy and ridiculous. It doesn't work with high school and I wouldn't use those fake examples with jr. high either. This book was pretty confusing and just didn't offer much for real authentic deep discussion. I pretty much ended up only using the questions written on the back of the books and have had to completely re-write my own curriculum for the idea. For me... definitely a waste of money.

Have been using this as the basis for High School Sunday School for the last two months...great resource. We have really focused with the kids on the idea that, when they leave home for college and the "big world", they WILL encounter many whose views don't line up with a biblical worldview as they have learned in their homes and church over the years. The format allows a given church/denom to specifically make a point of what they teach is a proper interpretation of Biblical teaching.

I love this book! I'm doing a small group bible study with high school girls. I chose this study in the hopes that it would expose them to some of the challenging issues they will face as they go off to college. Well, it has succeeded on so many more levels. The discussions we have had throughout this study have been so spiritually enriching. I wish I had this book when I was in high school! The authors did a very good job in presenting the biblical worldview and encouraging a loving response to those that challenge it. We especially enjoyed the chapter on being gay. The girls had so many thoughts on this issue that we probably could've done a whole other session on just that topic. This book encourages the students to go through the process of thinking about topics they may have never thought of before. For some sessions, I printed off some other materials to add even more to the discussion (newspaper articles, statistics, church statements of faith, etc) to help personalize it. This wasn't specifically needed as the study can easily be used alone. Be sure to read the leader guide before the study. It helps to prepare you so you're not caught off guard with some of the potential rabbit trails the discussions may travel. Even if all the questions can not be answered completely, the authors encourage you, the leader, to understand that the process may be the end goal. My group loves it so much, they've already asked to do Book 2.

The question asked here are not really the ones my students are asking. It is much more conservatively based than I wanted. However, the format and ideas are helpful as we seek answers in our Episcopal youth group.

We are a large(r) Reformed church with a mixed group from kids ranging from those who grew up in church and others who are new to church. This book has been (surprisingly) well received by all our HS students and leaders! Its a great conversation starter for difficult questions. The book also does a good job of opening the discussion without giving an answer which allows students to explore different ideas behind these hard questions and giving leaders the opportunity to explain what your church believes and why. Highly recommended.

As a former teacher, a would-be poet, a now-and-then artist, and someone who enjoys buying books for her grandkids, I loved this book enough to order more copies. Jay Parini's introduction describes Frost's "sound of sense" as the "music of language in conversation." And the amazing illustrations of Michael Paraskevas convey the magic of color and form that Robert Frost's words have long painted in the our minds. This book should be on the shelves of all school libraries!

This book is a wonderful collection of poems by Robert Frost. The illustrations beautifully set the mood and the theme for each poem. The experience of reading this book to children and sharing it with family is so greatly enhanced by the artwork. It brings the poems to life. This book is a keepsake in my home and a great holiday gift.

Illustrations are beautiful and his most known poems are in here. Glad I purchased!

Perfect gift. Quick delivery

I bought this for my daughters, age 5 and 7.5. My 7 year old can read very well, at around 3rd/4th grade level, and she loves this book. I set it out on the bookshelf where she would see it, hoping she would read it on her own and she went right for it. The pictures are absolutely beautiful, and they help her with thinking about what each poem is saying. Such a great way to introduce kids to classic poetry! She actually grabs this book and reads it independently and then asks me about the poems. It also has a vocab list on the side of each poem for some of the lesser known words that kids probably don't hear often. Great price for such a beautiful book.My 5 year old has a little trouble understanding some of the poems, so probably best for age 7 and up.

The poems seem a little difficult for children to fully understand, in spite of the helpful definitions and explanations provided, but it's a great book for parents to read aloud to their kids and explain what they might not have grasped.

I set myself an objective at the start of 2017 to read more poetry and classics and whilst this book is primarily aimed at children I really enjoyed it - the illustrations used really bring the poems to life and they were really my favourite part of the book, I really adored a few of them poems, a few I wasn't a fan of and some that were just ok so overall I have given the book four stars - definitely worth a read and a great introduction to the works of Robert Frost.

Lovely collection of Robert Frost's poetry, beautifully illustrated.

FINDING SOMEPLACE by Denise Lewis Patrick is the gripping story of a young teen’s experiences surviving Hurricane Katrina.Written for middle grade youth, this compelling work of historical fiction begins a few days before the hurricane as Teresa prepares for her 13th birthday. Unaware of the severity of the storm, Teresa is caught in the 9th Ward when the levee breaks. The rest of the story follows her escape, temporary move to New Jersey, and return home.Patrick’s well-developed characters draw readers into the culture of New Orleans. Her authentic portrayal of the disaster and its aftermath are shocking realistic. It’s been a decade since this disaster, so it’s important to revisit this event with a new generation of youth. Librarians will find the combination of disaster, suspense, and real-life popular with youth. Pair it with nonfiction works about forces of nature and other books about natural disasters. To learn more about the author, go to http://www.deniselewispatrick.com/.Published by Henry Holt, an imprint of Macmillan on August 4, 2015. ARC from NetGalley.

Very inspiring. My dad used to grew up in N.O and my grandperants live there now( in they're renovated house) my dad lost important certificates to Katrina making it hard to find a job.But N.O still lives on its not the same (it might never be) but in the storm there's still family.

Thank you to Denise Lewis Patrick and Goodreads for giving me this book. The main character is a 12 year old girl that was looking forward to her birthday. She had plans of becoming fashion designer. On her birthday however hurricane Katrina hits her city of New Orleans. Her live changes dramatically and she has to find her way back home. I saw the aftermath of hurricane Katrina in Alabama a few years after it hit. I can only imagine what it was like in New Orleans. This was a great way for it to become more personal.

This was such a good book. I love that it was told from the perspective of a young teenager. I only wish it had focused more on the daily challenges instead of skipping forward several months.**I received a copy of this book in exchange for an honest review.**

An easy read, I couldn't put it down. Characters are well developed. Paints a clear picture of New Orleans culture and what makes it different. The main character Reesie is endearing and discovers how strong she is when put in a difficult situation. Very much worth the read. You will not forget it. Even though it's written for young readers adults will enjoy this was well.

With her thirteenth birthday approaching Reesie is expecting new changes and opportunities. What she wasn’t expecting was that her home would be destroyed by Hurricane Katrina. Her mother, a nurse, and her father, a police officer, disagree on whether or not to leave the city before the storm hits but neither are able to leave themselves when things get desperate. Separated from her mother and father Reesie finds solace with her neighbors and they do everything they can do to survive the rising flood waters. Reesie finds the strength to help her elderly neighbor make it to safety, along with the assistance of others. But when Miss Martine has medical complications is taken by paramedics, Reesie has to find her parents through the disarray and chaos. After being reunited with her parents her mother decides that they should stay in New Jersey with family. Reesie desperately misses her father, who stayed behind, and has to find a way to reunite her parents and find what home means.Finding Someplace is a story that demonstrates the courage of one young girl in the face of natural disaster and the turbulence within her own family. Reesie is a strong character who is well developed through the story and through her own journey. She is a normal teenage girl who enjoys fashion and is falling for her first boyfriend, however she shows extreme strength and resilience through her ability to survive the flooding of Hurricane Katrina while helping her elderly neighbor and then dealing with the consequences of her parents struggling marriage. Denise Lewis Patrick has crafted a tale that gives agency and endurance to a young female character who is also relatable. This story sheds light on how natural disasters affect and alter the lives of people who live through them, not just during, but for long after. This is not just a story about a young girl, but about a city and the aftermath of tragedy.

Review

My training as a physician included many hours of nutrition, but fiber was only mentioned in regards to the effects of a deficiency. Never once did any of my professors consider the possibility that too much of what has always been considered a good thing' could have such harmful or far-reaching consequences. The author's detailed description of the trauma imposed to the gastrointestinal mucosa by the expanding fiber is a vivid reminder that returning to the basics of GI function and logically thinking through what our bodies actually are designed to do with the food we eat, should be the first step on anyone's journey to recovery from digestive disorders. Thanks to the insights in this book I have slowly begun to change my approach to common patient symptoms, which I traditionally would have treated by suggesting increased fiber and more water to correct! So far the results are promising. Dr. John Turner, DC, CCSP, DIBCN --Wise Traditions Newsletter by Weston A. Price foundation

I would like to express my deepest gratitude and appreciation towards Konstantin Monastyrsky. Konstantin’s book gave me back my life. I've even recommended it to the nurse and my doctor. Before I read the Fiber Menace book, I was unknowingly doing all the harmful things such as using psyllium husk, drinking 3.0 liters of water a day, consuming large amounts of oatmeal, hummus, whole grain bread, high fiber fruits and vegetables, and desperately exercising all in hopes of pooping pain free. I thought I was doing all the right things according to the “experts” and according to all the mainstream advice. With this high fiber high water regimen, I was plagued with hemorrhoids, constipation, anal fissures, bouts of hard stool, bouts of diarrhea, and peeing way too often. I absolutely hated and dreaded going to the bathroom and actually preferred to fast and starve for days off and on just to get some relief from the pain. Back then I easily consumed over 25g of fiber in one meal and probably consumed 40-60g+ of fiber a day and had very painful 1.5 inch diameter stool, ouch!!! As a side note, try buying some powder free latex gloves and measure the diameter of your poop with a tape measure or ruler to see if large poop is causing you damage. Anyways, just one typical meal for me prior to reading the book was 4 pieces of whole grain bread (5g fiber a piece x 4 = 20g fiber of bread), and topped with hummus, peanut butter, or almond butter. That was over 25g of fiber in one meal! Back then, I had no idea that the fiber was increasing the diameter of the stool to such a damaging size! Things were looking bleak and it affected my whole life and I was quite depressed. I searched and searched the web, desperately researching and reading everything I could find on the subject. And there is no shortage of advice on the Internet. The problem was, the mainstream advice kept cramming the notion of eating more fiber and drinking more water. It was repeated everywhere and it was just causing me way too much damage! I know it is difficult to consider going against the mainstream advice of more fiber and more water because it is repeated everywhere. I was actually quite afraid to go off of fiber supplements because when I tried it in the past I would get constipated. I was also afraid of cutting down on water consumption because I had mistakenly thought drinking more water would soften stools but this is NOT the case. It turns out that table salt (5-6 grams a day) and potassium (i end up getting about 3000mg+ a day) will keep the stools soft.Konstantin’s book armed me with the right information and gave me the confidence to apply that knowledge. There are so many “aha moments” in the book where things just click and make so much sense. Thank goodness I found this book in time. I really hope this review encourages people to try the advice in this book.I also bought a digital food scale and got in to the habit of weighing, proportioning, and tracking how much fiber, vitamins, minerals, and calories I consume in a day. I recommend one with a “tare” feature which enables a person to place a bowl or plate on the scale and zero it out so you just weigh the food and not the bowl/plate. The tare feature also helps to add food one after the other like adding X grams of rice, pressing tare, then adding X grams of tomato, pressing tare, adding X grams of cucumber and so on.Good luck and if you are suffering, I hope you get to the point where you actually look forward to eating and pooping and get your life back!

I just finished reading FIBER MENACE and was so impressed with the new fiber information I was unaware of but made so much sense as I read it. I had been a prolific eater for almost 40 years and managed to stay healthy with extreme exercise until I couldn’t because of joint and muscle pain around 55. My eating continued and my size exploded to 280 Lbs. I have been Vegan for the last 5 years trying to eat a lot of beans for my protein. I continued to get sicker and sicker. It took me 2 ½ years to diagnose and cure my own metabolic disorders. I finally started getting much healthier but still had gastro intestinal disorders. Luckily I ran across FIBER MENACE and it made so much sense. I had been dealing with IBS for over 20 years but had no clue of its cause. When I finished the book I immediately started the very low fiber/carb eating habits in the book and started seeing very significant changes after 4-5 days. My candy cravings went away and I am happy with normal size meals now, no more craving to over eat. I am eating fish and chicken at most dinners along with low fiber veggies and fruits. My gut is now behaving and shrinking. THIS BOOK IS A LITERAL LIFESAVER FOR ME. Medical doctors don’t like this information because they don’t have the time to counsel you through this healing process and there would be no money it for them especially if they helped cure you. FOOD for thought!

2 years ago I became committed to eating as healthy as possible. Oatmeal with dark chocolate for breakfast, raw carrots for snacks, whole grain pasts wth fresh tomato sauce for lunch and chicken sandwich with whole wheat bread and lots of raw veggies for dinner. I was only sleeping about 4-5 hours a night but running or boxing every day, sparring and feeling fantastic overall. This lasted about 3 months at which point my colon seemed to stop working. I could not figure out how I was perfectly regular one day and then suddenly I could not pass stool for days at a time and, when I did, it was amost impossibly large and mixed with blood. I became lethargic, bloated and prone to blistering skin rashes. I methodically cut specific things out of my diet until I was certain I couldn't attribute it to one particular thing. Unfortunately this took another 3 months and I ended up seeing a gastroenterologist. He instructed me to eat more fiber. At that moment I realized I had been handed a death sentence. I had been going out of my way to eat foods very high in fiber. I had accepted the notion that fiber was good for the digestion without question. When I told the doctor that I was already eating far more fiber than the recommended amount he shrugged it off and told me to eat even more fiber! If I insisted on lowering my fiber intake I was to take MiraLax prescription if I didn't want to use a fiber supplement.I went home feeling like my life was ending at age 22. I was in constant pain, no energy and food would pass through me literally undigested when it finally passed at all. Then I discovered this book and put all my faith in a potential snake oil salesmen probably educated on nutrition books mandated by Khrushchv during the rise of the Soviet Union. I felt it was my last hope. Today I can have 2-3 bowel movements every 24 hours thanks in large part to a low fiber diet of eggs, rice, soups, meat, and vrggie/fruit juice. I stil have a lot of one of Monastyrsky's products (Ageless Hydro C) but I haven't even had to use it except after business trips when I've been eating junk food with my coworkers. It is only the slightest exaggeration to say this book and the author saved my life. If I had listened to that doctor instead of discovering this book, I honestly believe I would have ended up comitting suicide after having at least part of my colon removed. I really did not think I was ever going to be able to run or box or date ever again but I am happily doing all 3 today.I should also mention that daily vitamins, probiotic pills and vegetable juice have played a large part in my return to normal health (and I do drink hot green tea morning and night even though the author discourages it). My success following Monastyrsky's protocols inspired me to do exptensive research on nutrition, discover Weston A. Price and rethink all the advice I had ever been given by Western medical practitioners.I am sure there was some irreversible damage done to my colon as the urge to go is never as strong as it used to be when I was a kid but thank you for giving me my life back, Dr. Monastyrsky. If I ever achieve international renown in any field, I will credit you with a large part of my success.
