About the Author
Friedrich Hensel is Professor of Physical Chemistry at the Phillips-University of Marburg, Germany. He has served on the editorial boards of both Philosophical Magazine and Zeitschrift fur Physikalische Chemie. William W. Warren is Professor of Physics at Oregon State University in Corvallis.
