A mi parecer, este libro es uno de los más prácticos que hasta el momento he leído de John Maxwell. De lectura obligatoria para lideres que desean llevar su influencia a jefes, compañeros y subalternos. No puedo dar las 5 estrellas, ya que el libro tiene errores tipográficos que deben ser corregidos.

Había escuchado a amigos hablar de este autor sin embargo yo me resistía a leerlo por lo que compré este libro con pocas esperanzas, y vaya sorpresa que me ha dado, me ha gustado mucho todo lo escrito en él

A very well written book.It shows a different approach to lidership and helps people that is not in a high rank possition to influence the co-workers and as a secondary gain the whole structure.If you are really interested in managment it gives you great tips.By other hand your self esteem will improve when you try the sugestions and get the results the book promises.
