The cover of this book looks amazing with all the pictures of food; however, there were 0 pictures inside the cookbook to go with the recipes. In reading the recipes they sound good, but I'm a visual person and need a cookbook with pictures of the meal I'm going to make. Words alone just don't do it for me. I'll still use this, but would probably use it more if it had pictures of the food.
I would have more recipes for the keto diet and I was excited because there is a section saying teaching kids and the paragraph is so little and Common Sense it was literally a waste of time and things people shou gives advice on proper nutrition, helps to lose weight effectively, gives step-by-step instructions, observing which you can quickly restore health already know.
